This picture dates from several decades ago (I have no idea about the exact year). Look at the clothes! You'll see details coming back in future fashion: the baggy pants, the lovely straps over the shoes ... incredible.
Note that the stretcher is made from two poles and two scout uniform shirts.
Historical pictures can be so amazing :-)
