Today, I stumbled upon this picture! Very nice, isn't it? I'm slowly growing towards the age-group of the gentlemen in this picture, and I wondered today: are we forever young?
Me myself, I do feel young at heart. HL says that I'm younger then him, and I'm 55 and he's 39 hehe. But I do feel my body ageing, slowly slowly, and I accept it. I even enjoy it, feeling it fall apart piece by piece, and wondering what the next sign will be :-)
However, I hope that I'll be strong enough to stop the ageing process in time. I really don't want to get older and older till there is no longer any quality in my life. The mere fact of living isn't a good enough reason for me to continue to live.
So, I look at the picture and I think: "hey guys, good of you! keep the good spirit up !!!!". I admire their spirit.
Some even admire their bodies. I have so many younger friends who really are into older guys, the older the better! Lovely, that such an admiration exists! It's a blessing for both the age groups!
Well, a lot of bouncing thoughts about young and old :-) But I wanted to share them with you, before going to sleep :-)
Whatever happens, stay young at heart! Keep that joyful jumping spirit, I don't care how old or how young your body is. Wake up with a smile, and embrace the day with the challenging expectation for all the new and old things that are coming your way!

You will definitely still full of quality (no defects) even when you are getting older and older. And i am very sure that that is someone still willing to be with you even when you are 70.
